During his tenure, Mitch assisted in acquiring approximately $15 billion of consumer receivables for liquidation, completed several mergers and managed a large portfolio of distressed consumer assets. Prior, Mitch served as the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer of various private and public companies, including a financial services company, Everything’s Jake, a startup entertainment and artist management company and Ehrlich Bober Financial Corp, a public company which was merged through a successful reverse merger with Martin Franklin. Mitch also spent over 7 years in public accounting with a heavy emphasis on financial audits of hedge funds and mergers and acquisitions engagements. Mitch served as the CFO of S2BN Entertainment, a company that invests and manages entertainment properties led by Michael Cohl. Mitch has successfully completed PIPE transactions, reverse mergers, public offerings, and several private financings. In 2007, he raised $300 million to finance an asset purchase. Mitch has taught professional education classes for accountants with a focus on Securities and Exchange Commission matters and has taught continuing education classes at Hofstra University.
