Mitch served as the CFO of S2BN Entertainment, a company that invests and manages entertainment properties led by Michael Cohl. Mitch has successfully completed PIPE transactions, reverse mergers, public offerings, and several private financings. In 2007, he raised $300 million to finance an asset purchase. Mitch has taught professional education classes for accountants with a focus on Securities and Exchange Commission matters and has taught continuing education classes at Hofstra University.
