This role owned a portfolio of innovative products at Linktree, as well as being responsible for the delivery of the Linktree mobile application MVP.Key Achievements- Built a new business unit from scratch to manage horizontal products within Linktree. Hired 10+ team members across engineering and design in newly formed delivery teams.- Scoped and delivered two MVP stage proof of concept projects with a limited engineering team, while taking ownership of the mobile application team.- Negotiated with external consultants (Thoughtworks) and bought in key external talent to rapidly scale the new team for faster delivery.- Set up, met, and surpassed metrics for success on all projects.
