Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including Automobile, Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation as well as specialized policies such as Inland Marine, E&O, Umbrella, Pollution, etc.Analyze and consolidate month to month income statements from the various insurance companies that we represent as well as determining and strategizing on what type of policies we need to focus on and cross sell to our clients to better align their insurance needs.

My main duties include getting new hires educated on the paperwork needed to be completed as well as entering biweekly payroll of all employees into our system to ensure our employees get paid. After my supervisor moved on to another job, I was promoted to payroll team lead where I actively manage biweekly payroll for 350 employees averaging $70,000. I will also often reach out to other departments (e.g. Marketing, Club Sports, Intramurals, etc.) to see what can be done.
