In my position at Giveth I lead multiple foundational aspects of running the organization. Giveth one of the leading crypto donation platforms, operating across multiple blockchains.Currently I lead the Product development of the Giveth donation platform. This entails managing a diverse, cross-functional team of 15-20 contributors. Other tasks include analyzing user data, processing feedback and creating product roadmaps and strategies. Lastly I also lead our DAO Operations and Governance working group. Ensuring that the organization's DAO operations well, and contributor needs are met. Tasks range from hosting organization wide workshops, governance calls, accounting, payroll, treasury management, web3 governance tooling development. People skills and facilitating change are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:- Provided comprehensive product support to external communities, fostering and maintaining high-level relationships.- Designed, built, and presented engaging product demos to clients and community members.- Contributed to front-end development using TypeScript and Smart Contract programming for blockchain-based solutions.- Consulted with DAOs on tooling, parameterization, and best practices to enhance their operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

This was a role focused on experimentation of rewarding participation and contributions in a web3 DAO environment. We primarily focused on retroactive rewards of contributions through mechanisms such as SourceCred and Praise.In this role I led a working group of 6-8 participants including leading calls, managing work loads and liaising with organization leads to inform feature development. In addition I facilitated live product tutorials, wrote product documentation, and analyzed data to bring iterative system improvements and develop features.In addition I managed a project in which we built a full fledged "Commons Simulator" - designed to allow communities to design and simulate launching their token drive economy.
