It Asset Management Analyst
Current- Manage IT assets by tracking the financial, physical, and contractual aspects through their life cycle.
- Define IT asset-tracking policies, standards, processes, systems and measurements that enable the organization to manage the IT Asset Portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, IT governance, and compliance.
- Establish audit processes to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and report accurate cost, inventory, legal and maintenance information about IT assets.
- Provide analytical cost and financial data required to enable optimal decision making on asset deployment, management, retirement or disposition, and cloud-based sourcing alternatives.
- Manage lease and maintenance vendor contracts to ensure that all implications of cancellations are understood and evaluated to support life-cycle change management decisions.
