It Asset Management Analyst
Current•Manage IT assets by tracking the financial, physical, and contractual aspects through their life cycle.•Define IT asset-tracking policies, standards, processes, systems and measurements that enable the organization to manage the IT Asset Portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, IT governance, and compliance. •Establish audit processes to ensure data integrity.•Monitor and report accurate cost, inventory, legal and maintenance information about IT assets.•Provide analytical cost and financial data required to enable optimal decision making on asset deployment, management, retirement or disposition, and cloud-based sourcing alternatives.•Manage lease and maintenance vendor contracts to ensure that all implications of cancellations are understood and evaluated to support life-cycle change management decisions.•Assist with technology refresh, standards, and life cycle planning of IT assets
