I was recruited to Analysis Group to modernize and innovate the current enterprise process and systems for the rapidly growing Analysis Group. I built a team from the ground up, directed critical email migration initiatives, and converted server operating systems.

Here, I oversaw the design, installation, and support of the company’s LAN as IT leader. Drove enterprise improvements including reducing time spent on support calls by 40%, enhancing the client experience by responding to requests within 30 minutes, and migrating to a new email system that boosted calendaring and contacts functionality.
