This project included action items such as: configuring the ISOC’s monitoring system (NetCool – NfSM) to accept SNMP traps from MOM 2005 (non-RFC compliant), creating relevant severity/priority criteria for all alerts, and creating escalationpath and TSG documents for ISOC technicians.I also was able to undertake a project to replace an enterprise level auditing software with a custom architected and developed Powershell solution, which audited AD users and their respective group memberships. This initiative saved the company near $10,000 in re-licensing and software fees.In a secondary capacity to managing the MOM 2005 environment, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows Server 2003 related investigations and requests.
