WHAT I DO: I help facility managers and building owners achieve capital upgrades to their buildings by providing customized energy-efficiency solutions that tie their current facility needs to rebates, special funding mechanisms, and energy/operational savings to make the project feasible in terms of costs.WHY I WORK FOR NAVITAS: I enjoy unique and daily challenges in life, and the ever evolving energy savings industry allows for that, as we are always analyzing new technologies in our field to help customers achieve their goals and save money. I enjoy working as a partner with building owners and facility staff to identify the root problems and solve system issues to enhance the operation of their facility. By doing this I have the opportunity to meet and work with many great people and help the team solve a wide variety of challenges. The culture at Navitas makes it a great place to work and that has allowed Navitas to attract a team comprised of industry leaders. Navitas is a melding of my varying professional experiences while allowing the entrepreneurial type to explore and succeed. WHO I AM: I am an entrepreneur at heart and enjoy many facets of business amongst varying industries. The many opportunities I have been provided have allowed me to see and experience my work through varying viewpoints which has allowed me to bring a larger positive impact on the teams I work with.When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife exploring KC (both of our hometown) and catching the many great sporting events KC has to offer! Being a local, many of my good friends have stayed in or returned to KC and they have and continue to be a great impact on the local community and push me to involve myself. We have a German Shorthaired Pointer that loves to be outdoors even more than I do so I follow along.
