Created and led The CEO Studio, an ongoing "accelerator" and learning lab sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank, for some of their most promising high-tech and life science client companies. Also, served as Director for the 500-strong Alliance of Chief Executive Officers, supporting a small cohort of mostly venture-backed CEOs to enable their success and cultivate effective peer-to-peer support.

Successfully established a new way to improve and accelerate the process of innovation. Tested through three distinct, successful initiatives—one corporate, one academic, and one civic engagement. In partnership with the Global Project on Conflict Negotiation, Harvard University; Hewlett-Packard; CTB/McGraw-Hill; and the National League of Cities/William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.

Provided consulting for Fortune companies, public sector organizations and NGOs using dialogue as a catalyst for large systems change. Served as core faculty and helped design a year-long program for senior executive teams from diverse companies to boost their capacity for collective intelligence and shared leadership.

Created a reliable methodology for harnessing collective wisdom to produce breakthrough results. Successful test projects included converting one of the nation’s largest military bases into a university and enabling diverse stakeholders to reform the major healthcare systems for Western Colorado, which remains a studied example of success to this day.

At a time of political crisis and racial strife, created a process for bringing together diverse leaders from all communities to create public policy and legislation with true community engagement. For example, led negotiations involving over 100 stakeholder groups resulting in historic legislation that enabled the creation of Charter Schools.
