I strive to provoke thinking and provide useful insights. My career has taken me from teaching in an MBA program to leading a large change management practice in a global professional services firm and then to working directly with clients through Centauric - the world class consultancy I co-founded with my partner Dr. Tina Beranbaum.I hold a doctorate in organizational psychology and post-graduate certification in organizational development, group dynamics and individual coaching. When not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking on the beach near my office and trying to appreciate every moment.
