I know the ins and outs, ups and downs of construction management, and I enjoy all aspects of leadership, strategic planning, financial management, marketing, staffing, team building, customer relations, contracts, and day-to-day problem solving.Also, I’m relentless when it comes to improving systems and streamlining processes—saving time and money while creating environments where people love to work.Finally, I believe that success in this industry (and in everything else) begins with successful relationships.
