Developing and leading the CEER Quality Division through the vehicle development process from concept through launch and customer ownership experience. CEER is the first domestic automotive company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Lead responsibility for the development and implementation of Quality Strategy and Systems for VinFast, part of VinGroup, the first Domestic Vietnamese Automotive Company. Scope of responsibility includes process and procedures guiding Product Development Quality, Operations Quality, Supplier Quality and Compliance. Led the development of a high-performance team executing all aspects of the Quality function and customer experience of product cycle from vehicle concept through launch. Reporting to the CEO.

Perform and participate in consulting engagements focused on improving client quality at Global Automotive OEMs through vehicle evaluations and product development process assessments. Execute manufacturing operations assessments at suppliers to provide insights into focus areas that will result in improving quality and efficiency to achieve their goals. Work on a wide variety of consulting projects for many clients in different non-automotive industries to drive quality improvement, improve operational efficiency and solve specific problems.
