This $50M IGC Refrigeration Segment consisted of low- and extremely low-temperature refrigeration equipment, designed, developed, manufactured, and sold through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, IGC-APD Cryogenics Inc., and IGC-Polycold Systems Inc., with locations in the U.S. and U.K.- Identified new multi-million dollar target markets and applications necessitating new product offerings in the semiconductor capital equipment sector and the medical devices sector; directed the cross-departmental product development efforts resulting in the new product launch.- Developed, published, and obtained BOD approval for the multi-divisional Refrigeration Segment’s first ever multi-year strategic marketing plan.

This $50M IGC Refrigeration Segment consisted of low- and extremely low-temperature refrigeration equipment, designed, developed, manufactured, and sold through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, IGC-APD Cryogenics Inc., and IGC-Polycold Systems Inc., with locations in the U.S. and U.K.- Directly managed a multi-divisional, multinational staff of accountants as Business Group Controller and managed department managers with indirect responsibility for 130 employees as Interim Business Unit Manager.- Developed the finance and accounting infrastructure of a $25M privately held manufacturing firm to meet the needs of a publicly traded organization following its acquisition by IGC.- Authored a grass-roots initiative to double the manufacturing capacity to meet swelling customer demand while acting as interim General Manager. This program, dubbed 2X, ultimately involved profit sharing, multi-shift production, and a mid-tier ERP implementation.- As part of a three-member strategic initiative team, conceived, evaluated, and managed the divestiture of one $25M division, and the relocation and consolidation of another $25M division within the Refrigeration Segment.

Responsible for the development and management of all finance, HR, operations and MIS activities. Guided the organization through a relocation, a multimillion-dollar acquisition, two private financing rounds, perfecting multimillion-dollar subordinated notes, arranging a multimillion-dollar line of credit, and managed working capital necessary for this fast-growth organization.
