Responsibilities:-Conduct FMEAs to develop maintenance strategies considering preventative and predictive maintenance activities-Bring together and lead multi-disciplinary teams to conduct criticality assessments for fixed assets within the Roasters Business Area-Utilizing RCA methodology, conduct failure investigations of critical assets and implement actions to address systemic root cause of the failure-Conduct MOC's, PHA's and HRA's as required during implementation of recommended actions to minimize risk to people, environment and the process-Implement CBM technologies to better utilize onsite resources and reduce the frequency of invasive preventative maintenance-Utilize Isograph's AWB software to develop Weibull distribution and refine intervals for preventative maintenance activities-Utilize process data historian and machine learning to create CBM alerts that are directly interfaced to the site's CMMS software-Conduct spares assessments of critical assessments while considering the balance of risk to the operation and holding cost of inventoried spare parts-Refine the site's CMMS software to improve usability for the trades and group leaders

Responsibilities:-Manage the routine engineering backlog and ensure priorities are agreed upon with maintenance and operations personnel-Manage engineering consultants for routine design projects and capital studies-Develop emergency repair plans during unscheduled or break-in work-Relief management for the Maintenance Superintendent overseeing 4 management staff and over 15 unionized employees-Develop and manage the furnace and boiler integrity group for Trail Operation's two Lurgi Fluidized Bed Roasters as well as their 30T/hr waste heat boilers-Co-chair development of an RBI assessment of the Roaster Waste Heat Boilers in order to extend the shutdown frequency from one year to two years-Conduct asset integrity assessments during shutdowns and use the collected information to improve the 5 year non-routine and capital plan-Manage the business area structural inspection program including budgetting and forecasting yearly expenditures for inspection and repairs as well working with SME's to develop and execute repair plans

Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule maintenance works for Brewing Operations in one of the largest breweries in Europe- Relief management of 9 multi-skilled unionized craftspeople- Plan maintenance activities across 12000 assets- Integrate CMMS into IPSECI planning model- Lead EH&S & quality actions to drive plant KPIs- Use Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to improve site effluent and beer quality issues- Manage external contractors, ensuring works conform to site quality and safety standards- Manage site MTBF and MTTR targets and lead actions to meet site KPIs- Align engineering planning and scheduling with corporate global targets- Drive cost savings through optimization of equipment spare parts- Scope and manage capital projects from scope definition through to installation and commissioning- Act as Relief Asset Care Co-ordinator for Process Engineering- Plan and schedule annual shutdowns with over 1000 man hours of work

Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Smelter and Electrolytic & Melting Business Areas- Lead commissioning for new equipment construction and installations including $1,300,000 heat exchanger project and $200,000 hydraulic pack installation.- Manage engineering work order backlog in smelter business area to ensure work equally divided among mechanical engineering team and priorities agreed upon by both operations and maintenance- Manage and direct engineering consultants- Design lifting devices and draft in SolidWorks and AutoCAD - Develop preventative maintenance program for lubrication of plant machinery- Development of non-routine and capital projects including pre-engineering and scoping
