Following are some aspects/achievements in the role.• Key Account Management that includes enterprises, government departments and large upstream integrators. • Managing sales to a range of businesses- large, medium and small.• Consulting/supporting/managing resellers and VAS providers to build complex SMS based solutions for the market• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for Bulletin SMS and Integration Solutions• Technical pre and post sales, RFP responses, contract negotiation, complex mobile solutions.• Revenue management and profitability• Presentation of the platformAchievements:• Consistent recognition within the company for outstanding Sales performance and Account Management • Consistent revenue generator- YoY revenue growth of 20% and message volume growth of 35-40%• Achieved integration of Bulletin SMS gateway with leading CRMs like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SUGAR CRM etc. enabling 2-way SMS communication from the native environment• Have churned numerous large accounts from competitors and improved stickiness of customers. • Farming of existing accounts and demonstrated capability to grow small accounts into significant revenue generators for the company• Established Bulletin.net as the preferred service provider in the NZ market• Recognised by customers as the go-to-person for anything related to ‘Business A2P messaging’ due to the reputation built over time in the market
