- Development of the international DCM franchise in PSB - building an infrastructure and introduction of new IB services to arrange CLNs, LPNs, convertible notes with equity kickers, fund-linked notes, secured notes, notes with embedded options, subordinated notes, notes backed by assets and cashflow- Pitching clients and negotiating mandates for structured products and Eurobond deals: 10 mandates were received, successful development of business relations with 15 new clients - Providing clients with high quality services to arrange eurobond issuance: (pitching, consulting on structure, optimizing cost structure, reviewing transaction docs, making Roadshow presentation, deal bookrunning and arranging listing and settlement)- Successful projects include 7 Eurobonds placements to finance Orient Express Bank, Asian-Pacific Bank, M2M Private Bank, Tatfonbank, Promsvyazbank – all deals are done on the PSB platform without international investment house participation

-Structuring and execution of the Eurobonds deals to finance PSB: subordinated LPNs, senior LPNs, notes under EMTN programme- Providing full range of execution services: running legal advisors and Investment banks tenders, negotiating mandates,financial modeling, Due dilligence, drafting and revewing transaction docs including Prospectus, making investor presentation, management of Legal advisors, Agents and internal PSB departments to close a deal on time- Successful projects include a number of Eurobond issuances with a total amount of ca. USD 2 bln, including 10NC5 subordinated LPN and debut 144A eurobond placement- Structuring Liability management transactions (consent solicitation, buy back, exchange offer) for the outstanding Eurobonds, development and analysis of the solutions led to decrease of funding costs- Operational support of outstanding eurobonds: day to day management of 10 Eurobonds issued by the bank and related shareholding companies- Development of bank's international funding strategy including LPNs, syndicated and bilateral loans- Participation in arranging bank’s IPO at LSE - ISDA Agreements negotiations (Agreements with 15 foreign banks were signed)
