Setting up factory starting from the layouts, electrification, purchasing furniture as per different departments (cutting, stitching, finishing and packing) and buying machines for the smooth running of production as per product category. Quality Controller (In-Line Checking upto Final Checking)  Make Inspection Reports for Management, based on In-Line Checking & Final checking, prior to Shipment. Planning production with factories (Own & Job-Worker), based on the capacity to ensure timely deliver. To Arrange & give approval on Trims, Embroideries, Hand Embroideries, Prints etc, based on the Merchandiser Approval to start productions.Have knowledge of different kinds of Embroideries (Computerized & Hand Embroidery), PrintingTechniques & Washing. To give solution of all production related matters & to give the approval for sampling during production

Over the past two decades I have steadily grown from Executive sample co-ordinator to General Manager of Brand. To enable my work I have acquired & mastered set of skills & always strive to update my skill sets.

Setting a factory of 100 machines in an area of 20,000 sq ft. Handing the complete Civil Work as per Compliance Norms. Planning the complete electrification work for Cutting, Stitching and Finishing Departments. Purchasing the complete machinery with price negotiations from different vendors. Finalizing the complete furniture according to different departments. Sourcing contractors and man power which fits department-wise. Coordinating with Merchandising Manager at head office for the complete production planning and deliveries.

Stating a new factory at Bhiwandi Location with a set-up of 300 machines and a staff of 450 persons in an area of 30,000 sq ft. starting from the Electrification, Fabric Checking process, Assembling Cutting Tables, Stitching Line setting, Organizing the packing and dispatch department. Coordinating with Merchants at office for the running styles in the factory and offering them In-line and Mid Inspections. Maintaining day to day reports consisting of DPR’s, Costing, Salary and Wages, Fabric and Trims Inward Outward Reports. Maintaining quality and Tailor efficiency targets and day to day production planning. Coordinating with higher management at head-office. Sourcing the complete man-power for smooth running of the factory.

Starting with a set-up of 35 machines for manufacturing Private Label “DESI BELLE” in Goregoan and taking the factory to 250 machines in Bhiwandi for Exports and DESI BELLE. Starting from finding a perfect place for the factory and dividing floor wise cutting stitching and packing unit. Making a plan for the factory and accordingly buying machines and furniture for smooth running of the factory. Also arranging rooms for the workers with facilities of water and proper urinals. Running 200 machines for exports and 50 machines for company Private label maintaining DPR’s, MPR, MIS & Calculating complete overheads of the factory. Day to day follow up’s with all the departments for the smooth running of Production. Calculating Line wise production outputs and solving the loop holes if any. Maintaining complete records of fabric inward outward and fabric stocks. Also maintain dispatches for private label and keeping a stock record for the same.

Coordinating with buyers for product development and doing production planning for the same. Starting form tech-pack receipt making sample as per buyer’s requirement. Following up for approval and at the same time ordering bulk fabric and trims and coordinating with the factory for smooth running of the orders.
