Venice Family Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services to over 45,000 people. We care for the whole person, deliver high quality primary and specialty care and innovative street medicine programs, substance use treatment programs, food programming, to name a few. We impact multigenerational wellness through our Early Head Start Programs. All of these efforts help break the cycle of poverty. We continue to grow and make investments in sites and programs to ensure all of our communities have access to needed services.

Transformed the care we provide to be genuinely team-based and in line with patient-centered principles -- quality-focused, nurses in pod-teams, integrated behavioral health, nutrition/health ed services, complex care management.
