• The development and maintenance of training materials, including preparing slides,handouts, assessments, and other supporting documentation for product-specific andtechnical preparatory training sessions.• Coordinate training schedules, arrange for venues (physical or virtual), and manageattendee lists. Ensure all necessary resources are available for successful training sessions.• Help develop and maintain e-learning modules by assisting with content creation, uploadingmaterials to learning management systems (LMS), and troubleshooting technical issuesfaced by learners.• Provide first-line support to trainees, answering their queries and helping them navigatelearning resources. Monitor their progress and collect feedback on training sessions.• Creating and administering quizzes, exams, and other assessments to evaluate traineeunderstanding.
