Current• Assist in preparing and maintaining migration-related documents, such as visa applications, work permits, residency permits, and other legal paperwork required for migrants.• Interact with migrants, clients, and relevant authorities to relay information, answer queries, and provide updates on the status of applications.• Accurately input and maintain databases with information related to migrants, including personal details, visa statuses, and key dates.• Coordinating with Government Agencies: Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates to submit and track visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.• Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines related to migration processes for both clients and internal stakeholders.• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulations, ensuring that all processes are in line with the current legal requirements.• Help in the preparation of required documents, such as invitation letters, support letters, and other necessary paperwork for migrants.• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the migration process, working to find practical solutions for clients.• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, legal, and finance, to ensure a smooth transition for migrants and compliance with internal policies.• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion, ensuring data protection and privacy regulations are strictly adhered to.• Assist colleagues in the migration team with any administrative tasks, as needed, to maintain efficient workflow and support team objectives.Updating Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development and improvement of migration administration processes and documentation.Training and Orientation: help in providing orientation and training to new employees on administrative procedures and expectat
