I also utilized my working knowledge of IT help desk ticketing systems to communicate with staff and clients and troubleshoot system and network problems. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining procedures and reports that provided technical support to the entire organization.Prior to this, I worked as a Network Engineer with J and H Projects Pvt.Ltd in Ahmedabad, India, where I installed, maintained, and configured operating systems and application software and management tools and drivers.
