Design and Delivery:- Consulting/Designinng multiple project and clients and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the project deliverables on time. - Wire framing the new requirements from the client and make sure it is been implemented by development team correctly followed by an end to end testing and finally delivering the same to the client.Salesforce:- Consultation on administration/schema building of organisations Salesforce.com instance- Execute and consult all point-and-click development (e.g. workflows, validation rules, formulas, custom objects, custom fields)- Execute and configure reports and dashboards based upon reporting needs of customers (e.g. IT, Service Cloud Users, Sales Cloud Users)- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity- Change Management Consultation: promote data/objects from development to production Salesforce environments- Understanding of all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgradesClients:- Communicates regularly with stakeholders to ensure functionality meets field needs and to develop an ongoing project plan- Be part of daily scrum and adhere to Agile methodology for development life cycle
