Project :-Design and layout fabrication of the Operational Trans-conductance amplifier(OTA). Client : Private Comapany,Italy.A low-power low-voltage OTA with rail-to-rail output is introduced. The proposed topology is based on the common current mirror OTA topology and provide gain enhancement without extra power consumption. Implemented in a standard 0.25μm CMOS technology, the proposed OTA achieves 50 dB DC gain in 0.8 V supply voltage. Project role:• Design, testing and simulation using the tool like ADS.• Layout design for OTA with 0.25μm standard.• Design of impedance matching circuits.• Design and layout fabrication of Filter and Oscillator.• RF testing using Anechoic chamber

Project: Wireless Broadband RF Transceiver.RF transceiver design specifically for 2.3GHz to 2.5GHz wireless broadband systems completely integrates all circuitry required to implement the RF transceiver function, providing RF-to-baseband receive path; and baseband-to-RF transmit path, VCO, frequency synthesizer, crystal oscillator, and baseband/control interface. Dual Mode™ WiMAX/802.11b/g WiFi, Proprietary Wireless Broadband Systems, 4G/LTE Systems.Project Role:• Design review of Wi-Fi Antenna and its radiation pattern.• Circuit design in sub-180nm, CMOS. • Design review of class AB- amplifier Power Amplifier (PA).• Design review of Filters, Baluns and Impedance matching circuitry.• Design review of on chip RF Inductor and capacitor.• Measurements of the Radiation characteristics of antenna in anechoic chamber and electrical characteristics of antenna using VNA Responsible for carrying out pre-compliance EMI-EMC test and Environment tests.• To maintain and develop Matlab codes.• Working closely with the Research and development team and providing feedback.• Literature Review of CMOS technology.
