Currently, I am working as a Senior Scientist at Sanofi Pasteur and involved in designing, planning and executing studies to test immunogenicity, efficacy and safety of next generation influenza vaccines.Previously, I worked as Biological Scientist at A-TEK Inc. focusing diagnostic for life threatening pathogens using cutting aged technologies in a BSL3 laboratory together with having expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and well documentation.Overall, I am passionate for understanding the molecular mechanism of bacterial parthenogenesis for infectious diseases with the applications of Next-generation sequencing (NGS), specifically # Whole Genome Sequencing to determine the DNA sequence of a complete bacterial genome and to extract the information on resistance and virulence, as well as information regarding typing which helps for outbreak investigation which was the main focus of my PhD.I believe to make science to be acceptable to everyone. I like to discuss and share my innovation with a clear, simple and crispy way through my writing and presentation skills which I learned through working with multidisciplinary research teams and collaborations. I have 7+ years of expertise with very diverse skill sets for high-throughput arrays, microbiology and molecular biology techniques, qPCR, ELISA, FISH, big data analysis with strong scientific writing ability, which is evident from:• 8 international peer-reviewed publications (>170 citations)• Mentored 3+ students• Members of professional organizations.• Members of Review board of different journals.I am an efficient team player, project manager, and effective collaborator and communicator.
