Passionate Child Protection Specialist with over 7 years of dedicated experience in the development sector, with a particular focus on Child Protection. My work is in Bijapur, one of most underprivileged and heavily affected districts by Naxal insurgency in Chhattisgarh.In this challenging environment, I collaborate closely with DM, the Women and Child Development, district administration, and other departments like education, health, police and other community or state based organizations. Together, our mission is to uplift the lives of children in difficult circumstances (CNCP) under the motto 'leave no child behind.My expertise extends to comprehensive knowledge of Child Rights, protection principles, and mechanisms. I am well-versed both in theoretical, and practical experience in various Child Protection legislation, including The JJ Act-2015-16, POCSO-2012, adoption, emotional and psychological support, rehabilitation, and other child welfare schemes such as sponsorship, foster care, and after-care services. I'm deeply committed to ensuring a brighter future for every child, no matter the challenges they face.
