'Communication and co-ordination with buying &buyer about all technical and production related clarity /aspects/callout of as and when required. -Conduct fabric inspection/fabric lotting/shade making /defects standard and also taking its approval/closure. -Associate with pattern master to implement PP/size set/pilot run/shrinkage findings in pattern before starting bulk cutting. -Set cutting standard/re-cutting standard/fusing standard/washing standard/finishing standard.-Go ahead given to Emb /schifly/beading/other embellished work supplier/department at initial stage.-Audit Line walk/in line/mid line/final inspection as its scheduled.-Daily report analysis/rejection analysis, corrective and preventive actions plans for future.-Weekly and monthly analysis of report for improvement. -Monitor product quality from raw materials/trims/fabric inspection to final merchandising. -On sight inspection for sub contractors/supplier premises and given clearances for pre production/bulk.-Monitor workmanship and to keep bad workmanship at lowest level to reduced rejection level. -Report/communication with top management on the performance of QMS(result of quality audit,corrective actions).
