I have experience in large-scale impact based project implementation, monitoring and evaluation. I have been doing business development in PPP mode with Producer Institutions (rural-women led) for enhancing their capacities through networking, liaison and venture funding. I was featured in 'Amazing Indians' by the Mahindra group for my model on ‘women enterprise development through lac cultivation’ in tribal, extremism affected areas. I have international experience in livelihoods development with the Government of Germany and have been exposed to livelihoods and market development in Ethiopia. I have also supported the Government of Jharkhand in policymaking and planning wrt water and sanitation through UNICEF, India and worked towards the convergence of sanitation with health, education and women and child development departments in Jharkhand.
