Shared responsibility in achieving total annual F&B budget.• Hiring, Training and Coaching Sales Teams (Corporate, Leisure and Meeting & Events) Conducting Sales meetings Weekly, Monthly, evaluating performance • Formulating yield management and pricing strategies for contracted/non-contracted business segments, by analyzing and reviewing market outlook, competitive data, demand analysis• Preparing annual sales and marketing budget, business plan, annual and monthly forecasts, Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.• Responsible for building, developing, and retaining key business segments (Corporate, Leisure and Meeting & Events) and leading Direct sales teams in achieving the property's Total Revenue Goals.• Work with director revenue team on setting BAR rates, deciding on online promotions for the properties online distribution Brand.com, OTAs GDS. In charge of securing RFP s and CEVENTS reservations.
