Bonus etc.). -Responsible for delivering various MIS reports that gives insights of the current business position to Leadership Team, to take strategic decision. -Looking after the development and implement HR policies and procedures i.e. Leaves, Holiday, Incentive, variable pay, long time service etc. also ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.-Working closely with compliance team in maintaining records of Labour Laws as per the Govt. rules under Shops & Est. Act. And other Govt. Acts.-Managing employee benefits program i.e health Insurance (GMC,GTL,GPA,EC etc.), work from home etc. -Identifying training needs of resources i.e. Behavioral, POSH, Leadership, Managerial training etc. and supporting in career progression through mentorship and training initiatives.-Arranging onsite-offsite training for identified resources.
