End to End Recruitment for hard core EPC Division(Upstream/Midstream), Onshore, Offshore, Refinary, Petrochemical, EPC, Power Plant etc.Job Responsibilities:• Involved in Manpower Planning done at regular intervals for all the positions in different departments.(Technical and non-Technical)• Managing recruitment for the organization with minimal variations from target, quantity, quality within timelines.• Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources• Optimizing hiring channel mix within budgeted costs by managing various channels of resourcing in appropriate mix (Portal, LinkedIn, IJP and Referral).• To lay a structure and further capitalize on low cost hiring channels like hiring through job portals, referrals and campus.• Source and Hire for all Leadership positions.• Creating a standard recruitment process across various departments/ geographical locations of the organization including implementation of new recruitment, referral and IJP related policies.• Managed employee development programs partnering with the business leaders to roll out initiatives/programs.• Working with Business management team for continuous improvement plan as part of HR strategy.• Identification and Succession planning for High potential employees as part of PMS and retentions strategy• Development of Job description in association with line managers and formulating matrix of reporting structure.• Manpower data consolidation at country level and coordination with sector for the same.• Doing Compensation & Negotiation.Recruits, interviews, screens, complete reference checks and make hiring decisions in collaboration with senior management at the senior level managers.
