• Monitor processes and resolve difficulties to ensure flawless operations of sanforizing, de-sizing, mercerizing, overdyeing, RFD, and printing processes. • Troubleshoot, analyze the root causes and manage the inconsistency in quality parameters to meet the buyers’ requirements. • Follow up the internal lab test report of every sample and bulk production to secure the product. If necessary give the idea and take actions to improve the failed report. • Cooperate and advise the R&D team to fix the process requirement precisely to match with the swatch and prepare the risk factors if any in the finishing range. • Attend complaints from vendors and come up with technical support to fix them.
