 Aallocate order in Fast React planning board based on SMV, TGT on regular basis Made monthly sewing line loading plan by Fast React. Submit monthly Floor wise sewing production plan to the production head twice in a month Update sewing line position on daily basis in planning board. Made report layout & configuration as per management requirement. Responsible for all about Fast React. Maintain proper communication with central planning Shipment wise operations (fabric, print, cutting , input, output ) progress follow up Attend monthly Meeting with central planning twice in a month. Implementation line plan by using Fast React Software. Monitor production status to achieve on time deliveries. To co-ordinate with Buyer- GUESS, Carrefour as main buyer.

• To prepare a monthly-integrated production planning & T&A schedule on the basis of shipment date and order quantity. • Follow-up Strike-off, sample approval stage as well as pre-production stage.• In accordance with this integrated planning all input materials like yarn, fabrics & accessories etc are ordered for production.• To prepare unit wise (Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Sewing etc) monthly and half monthly production plan which is assist to provide the daily production target.• Implementation line plan by using Fast React Software.• Highlight the risk for order delay & implement contingency plan to meet delivery dates.• Keep liaison with the buyer for all the like order booking, processing, order follow up.• To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipment of orders.• Carry out the whole process to Finishing and Quality department for final inspection.• To co-ordinate with Buyer- Hugo Boss, G-Star, Napapijri, as a main buyer.
