Started journey at Biofourmis being a single and only QA member for a product (RPM/Care@Home) . Gradually after learning the product and domain of the product I was able to build an QA team with 12 members who can work independently with very minimal dependencies.With all the domain Knowledge and having the way i have managed previous team I was honoured to take up a similar role for Pharma side of business inside Biofourmis from Jan2023, Here as well i was able to build a 8 member QA team from scratch who can work independently with very less dependencies.My role is mainly to mentor and guide QA team to deliver a high quality product to the customers. In the course of this we come across many activities like Test Planning, Product understanding, Test estimations, Test cases creation, Test case reviews, Test documentation using JAMA, Reporting high priority issues, Mentoring the team members on their daily activities, Providing them timely feedbacks,
