I AM A INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER. 1.Have practical and hands on experience with Zero Speed Switch, Inductive, Capacitive and Photoelectric Proximity Sensors and Incremental rotary encoder (Encoders India, P&F make).2.Experienced in installation, maintenance, testing of Radar (Rosemount series 5600), Ultrasonic (Endress+Hauser make FMU44), Magnetic, Vibrating (Endress+Hauser make Soliphant M FTM50), and Capacitive Level Sensors (Endress+Hauser make Soliphant M FTI56) and level controllers. 3.Installation, maintenance and testing of Techogenerators and inductive speed sensors. 4.Have hands on experience in testing and calibration of Electronic Belt Weigher System (EMC, IPA Weighing & Automation make).5.Have practical and hands on experience on Static weighing system (Schenck Process, SWS) and In-motion Weighing system (Essae Digitronics) testing as per as the rule of weights and measures department, maintenance and calibration.6.Have hands on experience on installation, maintenance, wiring and testing of Solenoid operated Direction Control Valves, Proportional Direction Control Valves using proportional control card , Direct acting and Pilot operated solenoid valves.7.Experienced in troubleshooting and testing of I/V converter, signal isolator, signal barrier and current to current loop powered isolator (P&F, MTL, VRL Automation make).8.Wiring of intrinsically safe system using intrinsically safe signal barrier (K type, Z type) and interfacing with PLC.9.Have practical and hands on experience with Allen Bradley’s PLC system (Micrologix- 1100 processors) and Schneider Electric’s PLC system (Quantum and Premium processors).10.Have knowledge about Ladder Logic, FBD Programming development and program modification.11.Have knowledge about operation of the entire CHP section
