I am a self motivated and passionate Human Resources Professional having 10+ years of experience in three different Group of Companies i.e. PRAN-RFL Group, Ha-Meem Group and Anwar Group of Industries.I got opportunity to work in some of the major areas of Human Resources e.g. Performance Management, Organisation Development, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and HR operations (day to day business, onboarding, attendance management, leave management, employee record management, disciplinary cases and separation). Currently working as Manager, HR & Admin at JERA Meghnaghat Power Ltd. This is a role handling core processes of employee life cycle starting from recruitment to separation. The role requires sound knowledge on different business process understanding and profficiency in Microsoft Office Program and ERP Module. I am interested to explore the opportunity to enhance and develop myself furthermore, to learn different culture, people and practices. Love traveling new places, watching movies, listening music and reading books.
