Current●Analyze and monitor the machine's (Injection Molding-38 nos, Mold Temperature Controller- 18 nos, Water Cooled Water Chiller- 26 nos, Material Auto Loader- 38nos) performance and keep work in condition to meet production target.●Monitor daily and monthly production processes (Machine Cycle Time, Validation Parameter, Nonproductive Time, Rejection Analysis) and maximum utilization of resources (Man, Machine, Material) as a team (20 management and 250 non-management staff) leader ●Direct management and supervision of installation, validation, operation, and maintenance activities of machinery. ●Make decisions about procurement of spare parts (both local and foreign) with consistent monitoring and control of the spare parts stock to avoid low or over inventory. ●Set and manage the yearly budget of machinery with spare parts and estimate costing by collaboration with the supply chain. ●Maintain QMS (ISO-13485), 5S, and cGMP at the workplace and implement regular KAIZEN for better improvement of the process. ●Face local and ISO (TUV-SUD) yearly audits and implement standard operating procedures for better process operation. ●Other any kind of administrative work for smooth operation and following & implement company goals and policies.
