Thriam Group is a leading provider of mechanical engineering services, such as compression moulding, injection moulding, mold manufacturing and 3D printing, for various industries and sectors. With over nine years of experience in B2B manufacturing, I have helped the company grow its revenue, expand its customer base, and diversify its service portfolio.My passion for engineering and innovation stems from my early exposure to the field, starting as a trainee at L&T, Coimbatore, where I learned the fundamentals of factory, engineering, and technology. After completing my graduate degree in Business Administration and Management, I joined Thriam as a production head, and later ventured into entrepreneurship by launching a lighting and software company. Although I faced many challenges and failures, I gained valuable insights and lessons that shaped my mindset and approach to business. Today, I leverage my diverse and extensive knowledge and skills to help organizations and individuals build great plastic products, using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, such as compression molding, injection molding, and 3D printing. I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities that can enhance my engineering expertise and leadership skills.
