I collaborate closely with Product Owners to craft strategic roadmaps aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). I am passionate about creating innovative initiatives within the Loyalty space to boost customer engagement. Additionally, I identify and prioritize technical debt to enhance system efficiency. My toolkit includes technologies and tools such as Kotlin, GCP, Kubernetes, React, Gitlab, Firestore, and Gatling.

During my tenure as a Tech Lead, I played a pivotal role in building a white-labeled digital payment platform for one of the largest acquirers. This project also involved creating a portal for merchant onboarding, allowing them to manage complex organizational structures, generate invoices, and streamline reporting. My responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of the payment gateway, P2P, and P2M products, which required integration with multiple schemes. I oversaw all stages of requirements gathering, design, and development, ensuring a focus on scalability and performance. Additionally, I was part of the Digital Labs team, where I analyzed and built business cases for new offerings in the payment landscape.

As a Tech Lead at HiredGrad, I contributed to the architecture, design, and development of loosely coupled enterprise-scale applications and middleware systems. I also integrated with Sovren to enhance candidate profiles through resume parsing and data enrichment. This project involved designing and developing the Load Balancer module to integrate multiple load balancer services with the cloud platform service manager. As a Tech Lead at GT Nexus, I led the development of the multi-modal Optimization module. This module helped suppliers choose the best carrier for their lanes using the IBM CPLEX engine. My technical proficiency spanned J2EE, CPLEX, GWT, and D3 Graph.
