Responsible for managing the IELTS examinations offered through DTU of IELTS Australia. this role was focused to work closely with IDP Student Placement Centre in QLD and DTU Leadership team in managing the centre operations and promoting IDP IELTS tests and related products, moreover also responsible for compliance with established guidelines of test operation and management as prescribed by the IELTS test partners.

Responsible for the administration, organization, and smooth running of IELTS examinations in accordance with IELTS rules and regulations and in an environment that enables test takers to perform at their best. also, key responsibilities were to lead the large team in VIC/QLD.

Responsible for manning the reception area and providing excellent customer service by attending to face to face and phone enquiries. The role will provide extensive support to the Operations team by supporting test centre operations.Strict adherence to test security, administration requirements, supporting the team to meet its goals of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction forms an essential part of this job.
