❖ Have experience in EMEA region Payroll Accounting, maintaining Balance Sheetaccountssuch as TAX, Pension & other few accounts.❖ Processing monthly Journals like Accruals, Tax Payments entries and GSUaccrual journals ❖ Assisting Annual Audit & Compliance for EMEA region.❖ Reviewing the reconciliations regularly and ensuring closure of aged items.❖ Train new joiners in the process, coaching and motivating them on a regularbasis.❖ Preparing bulk & critical journals like Accruals (Pay-Registers based) & Bankclearingjournals of Tax,❖ Preparation of month-end journals such as accruals, true up & true downs, re-class, write offs& other adjustment entries❖ Assisting the team members and handling the critical cases & trouble shootingthe queries &resolving within the given timelines.❖ Working with technical team to automate the process❖ Developing and updating desktop procedures (DTP) on a regular basis forbusiness continuityplans❖ Performing the GL balance sheet reconciliations which is high risk, medium risk & low risk in the blackline accounting reconciliation tool.

❖ Perform reconciliation of Inter-company.❖ Prepare and post Journals, accruals and recurring journals.❖ Reversal of Accruals as per standard instruction.❖ Responsible for Month End Close activities.❖ Updating the desktop procedures with the relevant changes regularly.❖ Handling client queries through emails daily❖ Helping colleagues in process related queries and providing training for newjoiners❖ Ensure 100% compliance of process SLAs within the agreed TAT with the client.❖ During the non-month end we are performing accounts payable invoice auditing.

❖ Preparing and processing of accrual, corrections and adjustment journalsmonthly.❖ Processing accrual journals for unpaid expenses during the month close.❖ Processing of Adhoc journals and reports on a quick turnaround time.❖ Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations as per corporate policy &guidelines.❖ Purchase Order creation based on the request from store level.❖ Responsible to prepare open PO reconciliation and aging details to submit forstore managers.❖ Preparation of weekly Expense Projections such as Marketing, Loss Prevention& Visual.❖ Tracking of expense invoices and maintaining payment records for the same.❖ Timely follow up on overdue invoices and weekly follow up on Open PO’s with store support team.
