• Key stakeholder in Watsons GCC leadership team in Implementing Watson retail & e-commerce physical logistics for the entire GCC• Manage end to end supply chain for Fashion MENA handling supply chain for leading brands like the sort of Guess, Ted Baker, Kiabi, Katespade, Hugo Boss, BCBG, Aape, bebe and wholesale • Lead the e-commerce logistics operations for Watsons.ae, Kiabi.ae and Muudha.com• RDC management- 3PL selection and managing logistics / warehousing ops , SOP, contract, tech integration, budget, racking, and value added services• Distribution - B&M, B2C, Click and collect, exports, Store to door and cross dock• Techno Regulatory compliance: Marking Execution and registration UAE / KSA partnering with Nice Label solutions, compliance to relevant authority’s standards & documentation, DM/ESMA/Saber and E-Cosma
