• Coordinate all MEP installation activities with various teams on site. • Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statement, delivery schedule to confirm compliance with requirements of the project• Comply with quality assurance procedures during design and contractual obligations.• Review and analysis of all MEP drawings, schedule and program of work etc.• Execution of job by controlling of man, material and resources in the project.• Guide the internal team of site supervisors and foreman.• Trouble shooting and solving technical and services coordination issues. • Rising inspection request to consultant for approval.• Prepare and assist in the preparation of cost reviews for variation.• Review and certification of bills submitted by the subcontractors.• Attend review meetings with the main contractor and consultant for keeping up with the project • Study BOQ, Quantity take off, Sending enquires to subcontractors / venders to get competitive quotation • Preparation of Technical and commercial comparison statement and involving in negotiations to finalize the supplier• Advise quantity take-off data promptly and correctly to the procurement team.• Checking of MEP Material submittals with specification and project requirement.• Ensure the suitability of selected equipment and material to meet project specification, design requirements and performance standards• Reviewing material submittals prior to submission for consultant approval • Coordination between civil and MEP team to ensure civil obstruction have been cleared for MEP activities.• Conducting coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, supplier, consultant and Client.• Ensure the harmonies working relationship between the contractor and the consultants, understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be detrimental to the project.

• Manage the production of shop drawings, Coordination drawings and builder work drawings based on IFC design drawings and project requirement.• Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed HVAC design drawings and engineering calculations.• Guide the internal project team of draughtsman for producing accurate Shop drawings and coordination drawings. • Review all concerned specification and IFC drawings.• Rise technical queries, if any discrepancies and ambiguities are found in the IFC drawing and specification.• To carry out the design verification of engineering calculations.• ESP calculations for AHU / FCU / Supply & Extract air Fans / Ecology units. • Pump head Calculation for chilled water pumps.• Duct sizing and pipe sizing using relevant software • Heat Load Calculation • Preparation of impacts developed due to design changes and new engineering instructions issued by consultant/client
