Ericcson IN is invoked via XMLRPC to provision the rewards in the pre-paid billing system.Designed and implemented a Java application, utilizing Spring framework, enabling cellular customers to obtain detailed account information through SMS leading to increased customer satisfaction. The application interacts with a SOAP based Network Delivery Platform to deliver the SMS via SMSC.Automated several daily/monthly customer usage statistics reports/reconciliations on Linux servers using shell scripts, boosting team productivity by 30%.
