⊛Manage WAN/LAN, proxy servers, firewall and routers(Cisco) ⊛ Remote support to clients and home users through MSRDP, Team viewer.⊛ Installing latest patch and upgrading router firmware for increase efficiency.⊛ Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
