Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Attending commercial meetings and organizing monthly commercial meetings, including preparation of Minutes of Meetings.2. Negotiate and draft contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties.3. Monitor and review contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.4. Resolve contractual disputes and claims.5. Prepare and maintain contract documents, including change orders, amendments6. Assisting the commercial manager for the financial and contractual deliverables during the course of the projects and Advance Payment requests.7. Preparation of Interim Payment Applications and negotiations with the Engineers/Clients for certification.8. Identifying risks and potential variations and timely issuing notifications to the Engineers.9. Finalizing re-measured Contracts with the Engineers.10. Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports, Cashflows.11. Finalizing Variations with the Engineers and the Sub-Contractors.12. Review and certification of Sub-Contractors’ payments.13. Attending monthly progress meetings and organizing monthly commercial meetings, including preparation of Minutes of Meetings.14. Preparing quotations, Local Purchase Orders, and analysis of quotations for the selection of Sub-Contractors.15. Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that all payments are made in a timely manner.16. Assisting the commercial manager with the contractual deliverables for the newly awarded projects and Advance Payment requests.17. Liaising with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Taking off quantities from Architectural and Facade drawings2. Assisting Senior estimators in preparing Cost estimates for Concept stages, Schematic stages & Detailed design stages3. Building up new rates for the Cost plans for the Structural, Facade & Architectural elements4. Preparing Architectural, Structural & Facade BOQ for the Multi development projects5. Evaluation of Tender returns for the Residential, commercial, and F&B projects6. Reviewing contractor’s interim payment application & evaluating for payment recommendation7. Evaluating variation by reviewing drawings, specifications and BOQ

1. Preparing Interim Payment Applications.2. Re-measure the quantities at the site with the Sub-Contractors for the completed works and verify against BOQ for the monthly payments.3. Produce take-off from IFC drawings4. Create and modify technical drawings, plans, and diagrams with AutoCAD software.5. Check the dimensions of the materials to be used and assign numbers to the materials.6. Generate reports and other documents related to product design and engineering.7. Ensure the accuracy of all drawings, including dimensions, materials, and specifications.8. Update and revise existing drawings to reflect changes.9. Ensure drawings conform to applicable standards and regulations.
