Architect - Design Manager
Currento Providing inputs for the designs of the Hyperscale & Colo Data Centres and reviewing the full estimate considering NBC, local bylaws, and green building considerations as per project scope of works.o Racking design and planning of security plan and access control in campus and within campus. Designing of security zoning within the building.o Optioneering of loading and unloading of MEPF equipment by providing a Dock Leveller/Scissor Lift and preparation of equipment movement plans within the building.o Using Autodesk construction cloud and BIM 360 for overall BIM coordination.o Proficient in engaging with regulatory bodies to discuss deviations from building codes and modifications to construction plans.o Leading the group of engineers responsible for designing critical infrastructure systems for data centers.o Engaged with clients to get the maximum inputs during design development stage and get it implemented on-site during the construction administration phase.o Reviewing the Specifications, budgets & BOQs, Rate analysis, and detail drawings for data center & large interior fitout projects.o Design Management and project coordination with client, PMC, structure, and MEPF team.o Harmonise and coordinate the design among the disciplines.Proposing cost-effective solutions by giving alternate details without affecting their effectiveness for execution.o Coordinating with vendors to provide more precise, actual, and detailed details.
