I am a User Experience Research and Design advocate who is passionate about understanding user needs and behaviours that also meet business goals. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple user experience projects (with companies like Elections Canada, Algonquin College, etc.) employing both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights and drive design decisions. In the classroom, I also help lead design sprints to boost student collaboration and align their projects with client needs, while also guiding comprehensive literature reviews. When I'm not sketching out wire-frames or conducting user interviews, you can find me teaching students in the design domain. With more than 4 years of experience in educating students, I have designed courses that talk about Design Thinking Techniques, Effective Ways for Visualization and Representation etc. I also like volunteering (CapCHI Ottawa Chapter, Canada for Africa Group) where I help create events that become memorable experiences.Currently exploring opportunities in UX Research, UX Design, UX Strategy, Service Design, and Product Design - Let’s connect!
