Roles & Responsibility• Achieving the results as per KPI, and production requirement.• Planning, scheduling, Executing, and monitoring the production activity in production department as per lean manufacturing.• Close communication with PPC, Purchase, maintenance, HR, Suppliers for smooth functioning of department.• Using ERP (Works ware) for material inwards and outwards.• Feeding and tracking of material flow stagewise in ERP system as per job cards• Communication KPI, production expectations to team on shop floor.• To ensure that all necessary aids to the production are available in time for smooth functioning of the production (Man, Machine, Method & Material)• Preparing and evaluating daily and monthly production reports, machine utilization reports.• Analyze the delay in production by finding bottleneck and providing root cause analysis in production.• Maintaining quality standards implementing of quality SOP across shopfloor.• Follow up/Collaborating and updating with department for FG.• Attending daily productions meetings.• Attending fortnightly meetings for critical deviation of productions.• Completion of Daily production targets (100%)• Monitoring critical points in production process.• Maintain required raw material and WIP as per acceptable limit.• Maintain Record of in process rejection and rework (CAPA).• Enhancing skills of shop floor employees by identification of training and developing them.• Imparting process training of department for new joinees.• Maintain discipline, safety and 5S at work plate.• Continuous improvement by implementing Kaizen on shopfloor.• Through knowledge of Machines like Amada (Make), Danobat, punching Grinding and ensuring maintenance standards.• Rejection analysis and RCA.• Understanding pulse of workers and work on floor in terms if issues and challenges.

Project 1 – Piping Layout¨ Client- Technimont ICB¨ Preparation of Piping Isometrics and Bulk MTO.¨ Used Navisworks freedom for Equipment layout .Project 2 – Marking of Test pack¨ Client- Technimont ICB¨ Marking TEST PACKS on P&ID using line list, 3D model and other relevant documents as per hydro test pressure. ¨ Used Nevis Work software for review.¨ Checking and Update isometric drawings as per Hydro test pack number.¨ Review isomatrics. Project 3 – Supports marking ¨ Client- Technimont ICB¨ Used Navisworks freedom to provide supports on isometrics as per structure availability.¨ Used span length chart to mark up the supports on isometrics.¨ Used Guided Cantilever Method to check piping flexibility so that stresses on pipe will be minimum.¨ Used support specification to mark the support codes on isometrics
