He quickly started to drive a lot of the features that we were working on. His prior experience in data visualization was a great addition to his coding skills. Soon after he got promoted to the Engineering Manager position. During his time as a manager, he was putting a lot of effort into making the team better and help other engineers in and outside of the team. Mitja was not only thinking about his team and the company but also about our users trying to create the best experience for them by building first-class tools for data visualization.
