- Co-founding and developing a transdisciplinary and for-purpose research and development institute.- Supporting diverse clients from civil, business, and governmental sectors by providing access to, overview of, and support with implementing relevant and useful (scientific) knowledge.- Helping design, organise, and host various learning and/or social processes in the form of lectures, workshops, trainings, conferences, etc...

Supporting the design, execution, analysis, and summarising of an international study on introducing restorative practices into schools, specifically designing and validating psychometric instruments to assess relevant outcome and covariate aspects related to individual thriving, nourishing relationships, healthy school culture, and violence and bullying behaviours.

- Supporting the transition from an informal annual event to hybrid community of practice for trainers, facilitators, and educators.- Helping with community cultivation and organisational development (including the introduction of self-organising principels based on Holacracy and Sociocracy).- Coordinating the legal incorporation of the TsF community as a for-purpose institute.- Aspiring to contribute to the formation of a global peer-to-peer educational network.

Contributing to external evaluation of an NVC-informed program for primary schools.- Research and methodology design- Identification, adaptation, and translation of relevant instruments- Support of school staff with gathering data- Semi-structured interviews with all school staff- Psychometric and sociometric analysis of results

Active member of the EFPSA trainer pool, engaged in designing, organising, and hosting various learning events. Still present as a passive member.

- Assembling a team of trainers for the event- Facilitating the goals-setting process and co-creating the event flow- Curating the content for the event- Coordinating participants' preparation process- Designing and delivering official training sessions- Framing and supporting a learning environment conductive to growth- Evaluating the outcomes of the event- Editing and publishing the TAT Handbook of Organisational Development

Identifying and attending to the interests, needs and purposes of the EFPSA Trainers' Community & Trainers' Pool, while fostering the cohesion and growth of the community.

Designing, organising, and hosting learning experiences in various national student (organisation) contexts, as well as contributing to the third DŠPS training for trainers as part of the training team.
